Started at Mercedes-Benz Brazil
Tom began his career at Mercedes-Benz in Brazil, developing a strong foundation in mechanical systems, precision workmanship, diagnostics and professional maintenance standards.
2017
Precision Tool Maintenance
Joined his father's engineering company in Brazil, specialising in the maintenance, repair and management of precision tools and industrial equipment. This experience deepened my understanding of preventative maintenance, workshop operations and equipment reliability.
2019
Maintenance Leadership in New Zealand
Returned to New Zealand and stepped into maintenance leadership roles within the industrial sector. Was responsible for preventative maintenance planning, equipment servicing, lubrication programs, breakdown response, asset reliability and leading maintenance operations to minimise downtime.
2025
Ultra Services Founded
After more than 15 years of hands-on experience across engineering, industrial maintenance and precision tools, I founded Ultra Services. My goal was simple: provide businesses with reliable maintenance solutions backed by practical experience, honest communication and quality workmanship.

Growing with Purpose
Ultra Services continues to grow by helping industrial facilities, commercial properties and engineering businesses reduce downtime, extend equipment life and maintain safe, efficient workplaces.
